How much does it cost to launch a Sport X store for our organization?
Nothing. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum commitment. We build your store, design your product mix, and launch it at no cost to your organization.
How long does it take to get our store up and running?
About two weeks from our first conversation to launch day. That includes collecting your logo and colours, building your dedicated store page, creating branded product mockups, and walking you through how it all works before we go live.
What's the minimum order — do we need to commit to a certain volume?
There's no minimum. A single parent can order a single hoodie, and your organization still receives a donation on that purchase. Every order counts toward your donation total, no matter the size.
How does the 25–40% donation actually work? When do we see it?
For every purchase made through your store, a donation is set aside for your organization. The exact percentage depends on the product and the order — different items have different margins, so we work with you at setup to walk through the donation percentages for your specific product mix. For example, a $13 embellished t-shirt generates a $4 donation — that kind of detail gets discussed and documented when we set up your store, so there are no surprises.
What can we spend the donation on?
Anything Sport X carries. Grad hoodies, team jerseys, staff polos, tournament t-shirts, volunteer apparel, promotional products, bags, headwear — if we sell it, your donation can be applied to it.

During setup, we'll help you choose the products that make the most sense for your organization — hoodies, t-shirts, hats, bags, and more. You can always add or remove items as your needs change, including seasonal custom products like grad-year hoodies or tournament-specific team gear. Everything is branded with your logo and colours, so parents, supporters, and staff know it's the real deal.
What sizes do you offer?
Infants to 5XL. Whether it's a youth tee for a child in elementary school or an extended-size hoodie for a staff member, we've got your whole community covered.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We work with trusted carriers to ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping options and costs are discussed with you during setup, so your community knows exactly what to expect when they order.
Who handles customer service for the orders?
We do. Sport X handles every step from order to delivery — including any questions, sizing issues, or concerns. Your PAC, coach, or board member never has to sort out a size exchange or chase a missing shipment. We take care of it all.
Can parents, supporters, and staff return items if there's a problem?

How will we know how much our community has raised?
The person who manages your store receives a regular donation report — so you always know what's been raised and what's available to spend. We discuss the reporting schedule and details when we set up your store.
