How the Sport X Give-Back Program Actually Works

If you've landed on our site and seen the words "Give-Back Program," you might be wondering — what does that actually mean? Is it a discount? A coupon? Some kind of points system?

None of the above. Let me explain.

It's a Donation. A Real One.

When a school, PAC, sports team, or registered charity places an order with Sport X Canada, we make a donation back to that organization — 25 to 40% of the total order value.

Not a store credit. Not a rebate applied to your next order. An actual donation, back to your group, to use however you need.

It's built into how we do business. Not a promotion, not a limited-time offer — just the way we operate.

Who Qualifies?

The Give-Back Program is available to:

• Schools and PACs — whether you're outfitting a sports team, ordering spirit wear, or running a fundraiser
• Sports teams and clubs — community leagues, rep teams, recreational groups
• Registered charities — non-profits doing good work in the community

If you're not sure whether your organization qualifies, just ask. We'll figure it out together.

What About Businesses?

Businesses are welcome here too — and they're part of the Give-Back story as well.

When a local business places an order with us, they can direct their donation to a school or charity of their choice. It's a great way for companies to support their community while getting the custom apparel or promo products they need.

What Does 25–40% Actually Look Like?

Let's put some numbers to it.

If your PAC places a $2,000 order for school hoodies, your organization could receive a donation of $500 to $800. On a $5,000 team uniform order, that's $1,250 to $2,000 coming back to your group.

The exact percentage depends on the order — product type, quantity, and decoration method all play a role. We'll always be upfront about what to expect before you commit to anything.

How Does It Work, Step by Step?

1. Reach out — give Wes a call or send a message. Tell us what you need.
2. We put together a quote — including what the donation back to your group would look like.
3. You approve the order — artwork, sizes, quantities, all confirmed.
4. We produce and deliver — typical turnaround is ten days to 2 weeks once artwork is approved.
5. Your organization receives the donation — it's that straightforward.

No complicated paperwork. No hoops to jump through.
